Magdalena Potoniec

Magdalena Potoniec began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Contact Representative at ProGex Peinture, where they worked until 2016. In 2018, they joined 3Win Consulting Sp.z.o.o. and held the position of Consultant and communication coach until 2020. Currently, they work at stermedia as an HR Manager and Recruiter, starting in 2021.

Magdalena Potoniec completed their undergraduate education at Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II from 2005 to 2010, earning a Magister (Mgr) degree in Sociology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In August 2018, they received the Coachwise Essential Certificate from the Accredited Coach Training Program International Coach Federation. Magdalena also completed the Racjonalna Terapia Zachowań RTZ I, ABC Emocji training at Pracowania Racjonalnej Terapii Zachowania Agnieszka Hottowy in July 2018. Furthermore, in June 2018, Magdalena Potoniec completed the Mentalista sprzedaży training as part of the Szkolenie Konsultantów Biznesowych MaxieDISC at MaxieHill Sp.z.o.o. Magdalena'smost recent certifications include the Akademia Komunikacji Trening Zaawansowany from Akademia Komunikacji Tomasza Zielińskiego in February 2019 and the Szkolenie Konsultantów Biznesowych: NVC w biznesie from MaxieHill Sp.z.o.o. in September 2018.
