Steven K. Eisenberg

Steven K. Eisenberg, Esq. is the chief executive officer and a founding partner of Stern & Eisenberg.

Steven K. Eisenberg has an extensive background in real estate and corporate matters including acquisition and sale of businesses and assets. His practice also focuses on the representation of lenders and servicers in the enforcement and protection of their interests in the legal process, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, title claims, loan modifications, and litigation. Having experience previously representing borrowers, Steven brings his unique perspective to the representation of his servicer, lender, and business clients.

​Steven K. Eisenberg believes that you need to look to the underlying fundamentals of each matter in order to understand the issues and seek an optimum outcome. Bringing out of the box thinking and creative solutions is a hallmark of his practice.

Steven has a sense for knowing what outcome the client wants and evaluating the alternative ways to accomplish the client’s goals. Steven has and continues to participate as an education instructor for a variety of organizations in connection with continuing legal education, including, but not limited to NJ ICLE; NBI; Safeguard Summit; ALFN; BCRA; and, Legal League. As a licensed title agent, Steven has also provided continuing education materials to the title industry.

Steven is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, New York, and the District of Columbia. He is Martindale-Hubbell AV rated.
