Joseph Andrew Lafond

Joseph Andrew Lafond has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Stern Grove Festival Association since May 2012. In this role, Joseph focuses on streamlining processes to enhance both patron experiences and the working environment for staff. Previous positions include Operations Manager, overseeing seasonal and year-round operational needs, and Production Assistant, responsible for venue logistics and guest relations. Additionally, Joseph has been a Camera Operator for Mr. Magic Carpet Ride Productions since October 2013, working on live recordings for Grammy-winning musicians. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from San Francisco State University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
