MacKenzie Persen

MacKenzie Persen is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Stern Grove Festival Association since June 2019, MacKenzie creates and supports operational flow while managing a team of over 30 staff members. Previous roles include Strategic Projects, Sales at Full Harvest, where MacKenzie managed business development initiatives, and Senior Buyer at Impossible Foods Inc., focusing on supplier relationships and cost efficiencies.
