Alexander Bach

Alexander Bach has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Teamlead Organizational Development at Stern-Wywiol Gruppe since December 2019. Previously, Alexander held roles as a Personalreferent and Personal- und Organisationsentwickler, as well as Abteilungsleiter Medizin/Soziales at mega3 Personalservice GmbH from April 2011 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Projektleiter und Berater at 2KLANG from April 2016 to November 2017, Personaldisponent at All.medi Personallogistik GmbH for a brief period in 2010, and Pflegedienstleiter at Sozialstation Lurup/Osdorfer Born - Diakoniestation e.V. from March 2006 to August 2010. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius (2012-2016).
