Jennifer Chagnon

Jennifer Chagnon is currently serving as Counsel at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox since September 2022. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Lead Administrative Patent Judge at the USPTO from September 2013 to September 2022, following a tenure as an Administrative Patent Judge. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property at Dickstein Shapiro LLP from September 2005 to September 2013, and as a Law Clerk at Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky from September 2004 to May 2005. Jennifer Chagnon holds a Law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Educational background includes graduating from Lakota West High School in 1998.
