Dr. Douwe Groenendijk RA has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. drs. Douwe is currently serving as the CFO of Stertil Group since 2010, where they are responsible for financial management, reporting, legal and fiscal structures, and managing stakeholders. Prior to this role, they worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in the Audit practice for 9 years, with a focus on industrial customers. Additionally, they have a background in the sports industry, having been a major league player in Kaatsen for the Koninklijke Nederlandse Kaatsbond from 1997 to 2009.

Dr. Douwe Groenendijk, RA, pursued their education at the University of Groningen. From 1996 to 2001, they completed their Doctoral study in Business Economics Accountancy, earning the degree "drs." Following this, they engaged in postdoctoral study from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Register Accountant, which is the Dutch equivalent of a Certified Public Accountant.
