Tammy Field

Tammy Field is a seasoned professional in the field of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) management, currently serving as a Senior MRO Manager at Steuben Foods since May 2011. Under Tammy's leadership, the MRO team has achieved significant improvements in inventory management, procurement, and project management, contributing to excellence in annual audits and notable reductions in downtime through the implementation of methodologies such as 5S, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Prior to Steuben Foods, Tammy held the position of Senior MRO Manager at Fastenal from June 2004 to May 2011, where responsibilities included managing operations, distribution, and sales while fostering a culture of teamwork and integrity. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Western Governors University, completed in 2019, along with education from Jamestown Business College from 1994 to 1996.
