Menachem Katz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and growth within the food industry. Currently serving as COO at Steuben Foods Inc. and Elmhurst® 1925 since April 2023, Menachem previously co-founded Santa Inc, where the role of COO was held from October 2020 to April 2023. Other notable positions include EVP of Growth Operations at REEF and Managing Director - USA at Kitopi. Menachem also led WeWork Food Labs as Head from December 2018 to May 2020 and served as EVP of Logistics and Expansion at Kettlebell Kitchen. With a background as Head of Operations at Goodmeal, which was sold to CookUnity, and as Founder & Executive Chef at 1868 Restaurants, Menachem brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
