Richard Neglia

Richard Neglia has extensive experience in energy management and utilities coordination, currently serving as Infrastructure Project Coordinator and Utilities & Facilities Maintenance Coordinator at Stevanato Group since April 2019. Prior roles include Utilities Responsible & Energy Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, where Richard oversaw continuous improvement of utilities performance, project management for new production departments, and energy efficiency initiatives. As Energy Performance Manager at Michelin SpA, responsibilities included managing energy efficiency projects and modeling energy consumption. Richard also has experience as HSE Trainee at CNH Industrial and Energy Manager Assistant at Siemens Energy. Richard holds a Master's degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering, a 2nd Level University Master Degree in Safety Engineering, and has completed an Erasmus scholarship in Industrial Engineering.
