David Espinosa

David Espinosa is a Project Coordinator with extensive experience in linear infrastructure management, environmental programs, and waste management, currently serving the York Region since March 2010. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects related to water and wastewater infrastructure, alongside leading efforts in inflow and infiltration reduction, solid waste operations, and environmental audits. Prior experience at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment involved assessing compliance with environmental regulations and preparing comprehensive reports. David holds multiple certifications in project management and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
