Eder Flores

Eder Flores has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. Eder started their career at PwC in 2007 as a Senior Consultant, where they focused on financial statement preparation, tax audits, business consulting, and budget analysis. In 2013, they joined Geokinetics as an Accounting Manager, implementing financial reporting systems and controls to optimize accounting processes and decision-making. Eder also played a key role in implementing Oracle modules for various accounting functions. Since 2016, Eder has been working at Steve Madden, initially as a Manager of Accounting and Finance, and later transitioning to roles as a Operations Manager and currently a Director of Retail & Ecommerce. These positions have allowed him to gain expertise in operational management, retail strategies, and e-commerce. Throughout their career, Eder has demonstrated strong financial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Eder Flores has a history of education that includes a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Contaduría, with a focus on Contabilidad and Auditoría. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Eder furthered their education with a Master's degree in Alta Dirección, specializing in Administración y gestión de empresas.
