Josephine Tirro has over a decade of experience in retail management, primarily with Steve Madden. Currently serving as Regional Manager since December 2011, Josephine has a proven track record in driving sales through people development and product knowledge, as well as recruiting, training, and promoting Store Managers and District Managers. Previous roles include Director of Stores and Senior District Manager, with responsibilities encompassing the Southeast and Texas territories. Josephine began their career at Steve Madden as a District Manager from 2009 to February 2011.
