Rachel Spohr

Rachel Spohr has a background in retail, with experience as an Assistant Manager at Steve Madden from October 2014 onwards. In this role, they worked with the manager and VP to implement customer relations standards and handle team management communication. Rachel utilized their visual merchandising skills to showcase new merchandise and provided design ideas and customer feedback to the owner and Freebird designer.

Prior to their role at Steve Madden, Rachel worked as a Stylist at EVEREVE from September 2013 to April 2016. Rachel creatively applied each brand guide to the store layout to maintain the overall brand image of Evereve. Rachel's personalized communication style helped their build connections with moms and guide them towards fashionable investment pieces. Rachel received multiple top sales awards and displayed leadership skills when dealing with customer transactions, opening and closing the store, and training new stylists.

Rachel Spohr attended North Dakota State University from 2010 to 2013. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Apparel and Textiles. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Apparel and Textiles with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication during the same time period.
