Thomas DiBattista has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on retail and e-commerce. Thomas is currently the Director of International E-commerce at Steve Madden since September 2021.

Prior to this, Thomas worked at Urban Outfitters from 2010 to 2021 in various roles. Thomas was the Manager of Omni Allocations, responsible for maximizing sales through inventory deployment and assortment planning. Thomas also served as the Manager of Franchise & International Marketplace, where they made strategic assortment decisions for international growth. Before that, Thomas was a Planning Manager, overseeing divisional planning functions and managing sales, margins, and inventory.

From 2006 to 2010, Thomas worked at Charming Shoppes as a Merchandise Planner, managing open-to-buy and projecting sales for activewear and coats classes. Thomas also served as a Store Analyst.

In 2005, Thomas was the Production Manager at Jamatex Inc., launching a new product line and ensuring product compliance and distribution to apparel retailers.
