Zine Mazouzi

Zine Mazouzi's work experience begins in 1998 with their role as an Account Production Coordinator at Nine West Group in the International Finance and Accounting department. They then worked as a Senior Accountant in Retail F&A and later as a Planning and Operations Analyst.

In 2002, Mazouzi became the Director of Financial Planning and Reporting in Corporate F&A, followed by the role of Vice President of Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting. They then served as Senior Vice President of Finance in Wholesale and International F&A from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they provided financial and operational leadership for a $1.2 billion global footwear and accessories business, overseeing wholesale operations, retail stores, and global distribution and licensing.

From 2012 to 2015, Mazouzi held the position of Chief Financial Officer and SVP Finance for NWG Global F&A at Nine West Group. They were responsible for financial and operational leadership over the $1.2 billion global footwear and accessories businesses, driving profit and process improvements.

In 2016, Mazouzi joined Sears Holdings Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer and Footwear BU Head. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for the $800 million footwear business, overseeing various functions from line development to store execution. They also developed strategies to improve profitability and support transformation efforts.

In 2018, Mazouzi briefly served as the Head of Sears and Kmart Footwear, Home, Fine Jewelry, Gifts, and Celebrations at Sears Holdings Corporation, responsible for a $1.3 billion+ Footwear, Home, and Jewelry Group. They oversaw design, product development, merchandising, sourcing, marketing, e-commerce, operations, finance, inventory, and pricing.

Finally, in 2021, Mazouzi assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Steve Madden.

Zine Mazouzi began their education journey in 1992 at the Ecole supérieure de Management, du Commerce et d'Informatique, where they obtained an Associate degree in International business. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and International business from Iona University, which they completed in 1996. Following that, Zine enrolled again at Iona University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial management, which was completed in 1998.
