Thomas Gregory

Thomas Gregory joins StevenDouglas as a Manager of Finance and Accounting Search, based in Tampa while servicing North and Central Florida organizations. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Thomas worked for a boutique executive search firm focusing on financial search, where he used his past experiences in sales and relationship cultivation to build trusting partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

With his extensive business development background and his natural relationship-building abilities, Thomas has the unique ability to quickly build rapport and create long-lasting relationships. Thomas is focused on helping organizations to improve their bottom line by bringing them top-tier finance and accounting talent and ensuring good quality candidate selection for each individual search mandate. He is able to achieve this, by working with both the candidate and client, by being transparent and setting proper expectations, while running a seamless process to help candidates improve their career situation and help clients fill critical needs.

Thomas graduated with a Marketing degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
