Nicola Broadhurst

Nicola Broadhurst is the Chair of the IBA European Regional Forum’s Western and Israel regional group. They have extensive experience in franchise and commercial legal advice, specializing in business expansion, with a focus on international expansion. Nicola has also held positions as a Council member for the IBA European Regional Forum, Committee Chair and Member for the International division of ABA franchise Forum, and Legal Advisor on the British Franchise Association Quality Standards Committee. Their legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at Theodore Goddard (Now Addleshaws) and they have since worked in various roles, including Partner and head of franchising at Mundays LLP and Partner at Stevens & Bolton LLP. Nicola holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Essex.
