David Schroeder

David Schroeder, PE, LEED AP, DBIA, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Stevens Construction Corp. since April 2015. Prior roles include Senior Preconstruction Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Project Estimator, and Project Manager at the same company. Previously, David worked at JE Dunn Construction from June 2007 to April 2015 as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, and held the position of Design Build Manager at M. A. Mortenson Company from January 2006 to June 2007. David began a career at Martin Martin, Inc. as a Project Engineer/Project Manager from July 1998 to January 2006. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1993 and 1998. David is a graduate of Merrill Senior High School.
