Andrew Stein

Andrew Stein currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Operations at the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at Stevens Institute of Technology, a position held since 2003. In addition to this role, Andrew also instructs courses in Professional Communications and has held various leadership positions within the college, including Chief of Operations for the College of Arts and Letters and Graduate Writing and Communications Coordinator. Andrew's previous experience includes serving as a Screenwriting Instructor at Writers Boot Camp from 1995 to 2006 and teaching English Composition at The University of Akron for one year. Andrew's early career featured roles as a Script Analyst with notable production companies such as Laurel Entertainment, Martin Bregman Productions, and Alan Pakula Productions. In terms of education, Andrew holds an MFA in Screenwriting from Columbia University, a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, and a Certificate in Filmmaking from New York University.
