Jianmin Qu

Dr. Jianmin Qu, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, is an accomplished academic administrator and an internationally acclaimed scholar in the fields of theoretical and applied mechanics. During his 30-year career in higher education, he has held leadership, administrative and academic positions at major research universities, led transformative changes in education, research and entrepreneurship, and made significant contributions to the field of nondestructive evaluation.
