Joseph Marks

Joseph Marks currently serves as the Industry Torchbearers in FinTech Alumni Leader at Stevens Institute of Technology and as the Lead Engineer for Financial Systems & Software Engineering at Madhive. Previously, Joseph held positions including Corporate Controller & Head of Financial Systems at Masterworks, where responsibilities included leading corporate accounting and financial reporting while managing a team, and Accounting Manager at Truveris. Additional experience encompasses SEC financial reporting and corporate accounting roles at Annaly Capital Management, Seritage Growth Properties, and SL Green Realty Corp. Joseph's career began at KPMG US as an Audit Associate and included a temporary position as a Tax Accountant at Connexion Technologies. Joseph's educational background includes advanced studies in Computer Science and Accounting, with a PhD in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) currently underway at the University of Portsmouth.
