Tapera Mushoriwa has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Tapera started their career at Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe as a Sales Manager, where they managed a customer database and tracked sales forecasts. Tapera then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria as an Account Relationship Manager, where they built strong client relationships and achieved significant portfolio growth. Tapera later became a Senior Client Coverage Manager at the same bank, showcasing their extensive knowledge of multinational and local corporations. Mushoriwa then joined Steward Bank as the Head of SME Banking and later took on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing strategic and administrative support. Tapera also served as the Head of Channels and SME, where they managed and developed various banking channels. Currently, they hold the position of Divisional Head of Digital Payments and Financial Services at Steward Bank, driving the development and execution of the bank's digital banking strategy.
