Andy Liu

Andy Liu is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Rockland Trust since July 2024 and Chief Technology Officer at Vecna Technologies since March 2022, Liu has also held pivotal roles as Vice President of Software Development at Steward Health Care and as an information technology strategy advisor at Talos Systems and Strategies since January 2020. Previously, Liu served as VP of Strategy and Architecture Delivery at Santander Bank Holding Company from October 2014 to January 2020 and as the Global Lead of Information Architecture at National Grid for nearly a decade. Additional experience includes positions at BCBSMA, CRICO, CIGNA, and EMC, focusing on enterprise architecture and solutions.
