Cindy Russo

Cindy Russo has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Cindy most recently served as the President of Trumbull Regional Medical Center at Steward Health Care. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the OH/PA Region at Steward Health Care. Cindy also worked as a Health Services Consultant at the University of New Haven. Earlier in their career, they held multiple leadership roles at Central Maine Healthcare, including Chief Operating Officer & Vice President System Operations. Cindy also served as the Interim President of Central Maine Medical Center and Interim President of Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services. Before that, Cindy was the President/CAO at Baystate Health. Cindy began their career at Hartford Healthcare/MidState Medical Center as the Vice President of Operations for the Central Region.

Cindy Russo holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from Capella University. Cindy also has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the Hartford Graduate Center. In addition, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Connecticut State University.
