Kirstie Eustace

Eustace joined Steward Partners as Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2018.

She has over 15 years of Human Resource experience gained across a range of industries in both the UK and US.

Kirstie started her career in the UK and transferred to the US in 2007 while working for XL Caitlin as a Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Kirstie was an HR Advisor at Jones Lang LaSalle an international real estate consultancy.

Most recently Kirstie was an Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley. Kirstie spent her entire eight year career at Morgan Stanley working in the Wealth Management division, covering both the Home Office and the Branches as an HR Generalist and then as the Head of Field HR Shared Services.
