Nick Ellis

Nick Ellis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and management. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Stewart, Nick also holds the position of President and Managing Partner at Legacy Living and Learning, LLC since 2010, focusing on real estate investments. As Chairman of Living with Autism, a nonprofit organization co-founded with Hannah in 2010, Nick aims to provide group homes for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at TranSystems and SEPI, Inc., as well as Managing Director at Savills and Savills Studley, specializing in tenant representation and portfolio management. Early career experience includes significant positions at Kimley-Horn and South Atlantic Residential. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
