Caterina Mustone

Caterina Mustone is an experienced professional in facilitation, coaching, and educational design. Currently serving as the Founder and managing partner at nextnow.ch since November 2018, Caterina Mustone focuses on Foresight Practices and Organisational Alignment, supporting the EPFL Foresight Initiative VEGA. Previous roles include facilitation and coaching for diverse organizations from 2010 to 2018, teaching specialized seminars on behavior change and systemic approaches with Kind und Bildung Zürich, and providing project consultancy in social and childhood pedagogy with Curaviva. With a career beginning in social work and marketing, Caterina Mustone has developed a multifaceted skill set across various sectors. Education includes upcoming studies in Design Methods at ZHdK and a Bachelor’s in Multilingual Communication from ZHAW.
