Nikki Palmer-Quade is a leadership trainer and executive coach with over 25 years of business experience. As a former executive and business co-owner, she brings an appreciation for the complexity of running a successful organization. Her background includes leadership roles in human resources, training, sales, and business management. She has a proven track-record of developing individuals and teams to higher levels of performance. Nikki is quick to establish rapport and is skilled at building client-focused relationships.

Her HR career began in manufacturing and then transitioned to the building services industry. She held challenging roles with boutique and global leadership development firms, supporting local and national clients in a wide variety of industries. Most recently Nikki served as a faculty member in the School of Business at Waukesha County Technical College. She developed and taught undergraduate courses in Management, Leadership, and Employee Training & Development. She also designed and delivered courses for the college’s corporate training center on topics including Organizational Culture, StrengthsFinder, Change Management and High-Performance Teams.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Master’s in Human Resources from Marquette University’s Graduate School of Management. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1999 and achieved Wisconsin Technical College System faculty certification. Nikki also earned the Certificate of Mastery: Assessing Learning for College Credit from the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL). She is a member of International Coach Federation and has earned Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification. She serves on the board of the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Talent Development as the VP of Special Projects.
