Chris Harvell is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and project management. Chris has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting in 1999 at US Office Products. In this company, they served as the E-commerce Sales & Marketing Manager for the Western US, overseeing e-business applications with revenues exceeding $100 million. Chris then became the Director of North American E-Commerce Sales & Marketing, responsible for establishing the e-business vision and strategy for the company.

In 2001, Harvell joined Stewart & Stevenson, where they initially served as the Director of E-Business, leading the establishment and coordination of the company's e-business strategy. Chris successfully developed and implemented a customer-facing B2B parts e-commerce website. Harvell's career at Stewart & Stevenson further progressed as they took on the position of Chief Technology Officer, leading the organization's efforts in applying technology to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and improve operational effectiveness. Finally, they advanced to the role of Vice President, Product Innovation and Chief Technology Officer, where they had broad operational responsibilities, including overseeing the global project management office for equipment and product development initiatives, major operational improvement projects, and management of commercial proposal development and costing activities. Chris was also responsible for driving the organization's technology strategy for the development of data acquisition and control systems for hydraulic fracturing applications.

Chris Harvell has a finance background, having studied Finance, General at the University of Houston from 2007 to 2020. In 2007, they also participated in a Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. Chris has obtained several certifications related to project management and agile methodologies. Chris became a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in November 2008. In December 2020, they achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in September 2021, they acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification, also from the Scrum Alliance.
