Joshua Dunn has extensive work experience in the title industry. Joshua started their career at The Home Depot as a Delivery/Will-Call Coordinator and worked there from July 2003 to December 2012. In 2013, they joined First American Title and held various roles such as Commercial Title Examiner, Global Production Analyst, Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, and Production Center Manager. Their tenure at First American Title lasted until June 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Title Operations Director at Stewart Title, starting in June 2023.

Joshua Dunn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. Joshua also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution.
