Michael Dugan

Michael Dugan is an experienced legal professional specializing in real estate law, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Underwriting Counsel at Stewart Title since November 2023, Dugan previously held the position of Owner at DRL Law LLC for a brief period in October 2023. Prior to that, Dugan was Vice President and Georgia State Underwriting Counsel at National Title Insurance Company from October 2020 to October 2023. Dugan also co-founded and operated DRL Law LLC, focusing on commercial and residential real estate transactions in Georgia for five years. Earlier in the career, Dugan was a Senior Partner at McCurdy & Candler, LLC, where responsibilities included managing the firm’s real estate initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Homestead Village Hotels, Hale & Cox, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
