Helen Wallace

Helen Wallace's work experience begins in 1994 as an HR employee at Direct Wines and ends with their current position as the Global HR Director at SThree | International Staffing Specialists. In between, they have held various HR positions at companies such as Julian Hodge Bank, Cargill, Welsh Development Agency, Llywodraeth Cymru, Cabinet Office, and the Judicial Office England & Wales. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Helen Wallace earned a Bsc in Human Resources Management from The University of Glamorgan, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. Helen later pursued an Msc in Strategic Human Resources Management at the University of South Wales from 2002 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Helen became a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD in 2019. Helen also obtained certifications such as being a Myers Briggs Type Indicators Accrediated facilitator from OPP in 2008, an accredited trainer for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from Franklin Covey in 2008, and a Global Professional in Human Resources from SHRM in 2007. Other certifications include mediation in the workplace and workplace mediation with teams from the National Open College Network in 2006, as well as being a Chartered Member of the CIPD in 2006. Helen also obtained certifications in job evaluation and grading systems from Towers Perrin in 2005 and SHL Level A&B Psychometric Testing from The British Psychological Society in 2003.
