Gary Foster

Gary Foster has a diverse work experience that includes roles in business development, program management, real estate, and the United States Air Force. Most recently, they worked as a Business Development/Capture Manager at Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Commander, Program Management at Detachment 840, Texas State University. Gary also held positions as a Branch Chief in Special Activities at the Command Center Ops in the United States Air Force and as a Realtor at Acquire Homes, Inc. Additionally, they have served as a Commandant at Prep School and Vice Commandant at USAFA Prep School. Gary has previous experience in the real estate industry as a Licensed Realtor at CENTURY 21® and Top Realty Group. Gary also pursued a Master's degree at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Earlier in their career, they held various roles in the United States Air Force, including Staff Officer, Intelligence Officer, and ICBM Launch Officer.

Gary Foster has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling and Leadership from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Gary also attended the Colorado Real Estate School during the same period, but it is unclear if they received a degree from this institution. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Masters degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2001 to 2003, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University. It is unknown if they have completed any degree or field of study at the USAF Air Command and Staff College or the Fountain-Fort Carson High School. In addition to their education, Gary has obtained several certifications, including Military Relocation Professional from the National Association of REALTORS® in 2017, Associate Broker from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in 2015, and Licensed Realtor from REALTOR® in 2015.
