Bruno Lombaert

With over 20 years’ experience in many complex fields of law, Bruno brings business-focussed knowledge, expertise and pragmatism to every case he handles.

Bruno specialises in public and administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), civil service, public real estate operations and public taxation.

Before joining Stibbe, Bruno was an auditor magistrate for the Council of State for seven years during which he dealt with public procurements, civil service and local taxation matters. He also took part in projects undertaken by the legislation department, allowing him to become acquainted with the drafting of legislative texts for various subject areas.

Bruno advises on and drafts administrative reports, legislative texts and regulatory texts. He also handles litigation on a diverse range of issues.
