Paul van Lennep has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the technology and media industries. Paul started their career at TROS as a Production Assistant/Runner from 1990 to 1998. Paul then joined John de Mol Productions as a Production Assistant from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Nortel as a Project Manager and later served as a Customer Operations Leader for the Nordic region, and then the Middle East region. During their time at Nortel, they supervised and trained project and service managers, achieved cost, margin, and revenue targets for delivery and support contracts valued at over $25 million and $32 million respectively. In 2010, Paul joined GENBAND as the Customer Operations Leader for the Middle East region, where they successfully identified upsell projects and maintenance services worth over $1M in 2011. Paul then joined Stibo Systems in 2014 and held various positions including Engagement Manager, Head of ESG & Sustainability, Country Manager for the Netherlands, and currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer.
Paul van Lennep completed a professional education program titled "Sustainability: Strategies and Opportunities for industry" at MIT in 2023. Paul obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University between 1994 and 2000. Prior to that, they attended Willem de Zwijger but did not obtain any degree. In addition to their formal education, Paul also obtained a certification in project management professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2003.
