Bianca Smits

Bianca Smits currently serves as the owner of HTC Dronten since April 2023 and holds the position of Talentbegeleider at Stichting Ante since August 2022. Previously, Bianca worked as a Cito trainer at Cito from September 2022 to April 2024 and as a Zorgbegeleider at Zorgbegeleiding ZBL from January 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included providing specialized support to children facing behavioral challenges. Additional experience includes various educational roles at Scholengroep Katholiek Onderwijs Flevoland en Veluwe and Vivente-groep in Zwolle, where Bianca focused on curriculum development, management advisory, and teacher training. Bianca's educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor in Education from Windesheim, along with multiple certifications in coaching, reading coordination, and specialized training related to gifted education and video interaction.
