Johan Bouwmeester is an experienced leader and consultant, currently serving as Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Ante and De Meerpaal Dronten, and as Moderator for the European Leadership Platform. With extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, Johan owns a consultancy, advising individuals and organizations on transformation and leadership. Previous roles include programmamanager at Gemeente Almere, where Johan developed significant programs and strategic policies, and various leadership positions in other organizations, focusing on value-driven leadership and innovative solutions.
