Rients Abma

Rients Abma has extensive experience in social support and coaching, currently serving as Team Leader for the Wegwijs team at De Tussenvoorziening where Rients activates clients towards suitable day activities through tailored programs. Rients has held multiple roles within De Tussenvoorziening, including acting as a Senior Activating Supervisor and a member of the Works Council. Prior experience includes leadership positions at World Servants NL, overseeing teams and programs for youth, and educational roles in South Africa. Rients has also worked in various capacities with diverse groups, including young refugees and individuals with disabilities, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Social Formation from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
