Lilian Hoencamp

Lilian Hoencamp is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRM at Mikz Kinderopvang since December 2021. Previously, Lilian was the owner of De HR Hub from January 2017 to January 2022, and has extensive experience in coaching and training from positions at Unique and Creyf's Uitzendbureau, where Lilian held multiple roles including coach/trainer, project manager, regio-manager, vestigingsmanager, and consulente from 1993 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, Lilian worked as a marketing medewerker at Unisys from 1991 to 1993 and had a brief stint as a (zomer)stewardess at Martinair in 1991.
