Cees den Ridder

Cees den Ridder is an experienced professional in youth support and education with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Director of Stichting OpenDoor since February 2010, Cees den Ridder focuses on assisting at-risk youth aged 14 to 27 in achieving self-reliance through work, practical education, and meaningful activities. Cees den Ridder also operates CDR+, which provides pedagogical support, activity guidance, and sports offerings. Previous roles include working as an Employment Specialist at Re-integratie West-Brabant, a Teacher and Career Coach at ROC West-Brabant, Team Leader for a school support project at Steunpunt Onderwijs, and a Teacher for at-risk youth at ROC van Twente. Cees den Ridder began professional endeavors at SDW Zorg as a Group Leader and Activity Coordinator. Cees den Ridder holds a Post HBO degree in Orthopedagogics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a bachelor's degree in Health Care from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag.
