Mounir El Fahmi

Mounir El Fahmi currently serves as the Directeur at Stichting OpenDoor since June 2020, focusing on supporting at-risk youth aged 14 to 27 in achieving self-sufficiency through work, education, and meaningful daily activities. Mounir is also the Founder of Sports Upgrade, a venture dedicated to talent development and optimal coaching for athletes, utilizing performance testing to provide insights into strengths and areas for improvement. Previous roles include Operationeel manager at Stichting OpenDoor from 2013 to 2020, Trajectbegeleider at CDR+ from 2013 to 2015, and Projectmanager at Aleco Sport Visions from 2010 to 2013, where Mounir was instrumental in founding the Aleco Voetbalacademie. Mounir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerciële Economie from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2010.
