Jelle Havermans

Jelle Havermans is an experienced educator and museum professional with a focus on visual arts and media. Currently serving as a drawing teacher at OVO Zaanstad since September 2019, Jelle also teaches a film course and has held a media teaching position at St. Michaël College since 2016, where students develop a digital magazine. Previous roles include working as a museum employee at Het Scheepvaartmuseum and De Oude Kerk, and as a substitute coordinator at Huis Marseille, overseeing daily operations and staff. Jelle has also gained teaching experience in art history and audiovisual education at various colleges. Academically, Jelle holds a Master of Fine Arts in Lens Based Media from Willem de Kooning Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts Education from Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, along with additional coursework in Art History from the University of Amsterdam.
