Fanni Makrai

Fanni Makrai is an experienced executive coach, trainer, and organizational development expert currently serving as an executive coach and trainer at Y2Y since June 2017. In addition, Fanni is a sport mental trainer and team leader for Hungary at WorldSkills International since January 2022, and serves as an executive coach at SEED School for Executive Education and Development since May 2019. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Gerbeaud Group from September 2018 to January 2022 and Strategic HR Manager at HR Fest from January 2017 to January 2018. Fanni's extensive background in HR consulting includes a lead role at Aon, focusing on employee engagement and talent development in the DACH region for nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Università Bocconi and CEMS, as well as business coaching and sport mental training credentials.
