Lara Terlouw

Lara Terlouw is an experienced project leader and advisor with a strong background in the public sector and social services. Since September 2020, Lara has been working as a Project Leader at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem. Prior roles include serving as a researcher for the Gemeente Leiden and as an advisor in the social domain at Scale Advies, where Lara provided support to organizations on project management and operational efficiency. Lara has also played key roles in developing a productivity model for self-organizing teams at ZINTRI Zorggroep and managed relationships with municipalities while working at Nidos. Additionally, Lara has significant experience in implementing financial and organizational systems, having led a project to implement AFAS Profit at Lindenhout. Lara holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Financial Management from Tilburg University and a Master's in Business Economics from Radboud University.
