Leonie Walterbos

Leonie Walterbos has extensive experience in organizational support and management, currently serving as Secretaris raad van toezicht and Adviseur bedrijfsondersteuning at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem since May 2020, providing governance advice and administrative support. Prior to this, Leonie held various roles at Pactum jeugd- en opvoedhulp from June 2016 to May 2020, including Expert Klant en markt and Projectcoördinator, focusing on contract negotiations, process optimization, and managing change processes. Leonie's career also includes significant contributions at MEE Gelderse Poort from February 2001 to May 2016, where responsibilities ranged from project management to Lean process optimization and client support. Earlier work at Lindenhout involved working with children with developmental and behavioral challenges within a multidisciplinary team. Leonie holds a Bachelor's degree in SPH from Hannie Schaft Akademie and furthered professional development through various training programs.
