Richeline Fraay-Cijntje

Richeline Fraay-Cijntje is an experienced educator and coach currently serving as a Coach for stadsteams onderwijs at Wijkteams Arnhem since May 2023 and as a Board Member at ChristenUnie since February 2023. Richeline has extensive experience in teaching and career coaching, having worked at Rijn IJssel as a Docent/Loopbaancoach and BPV begeleider from October 2021 to May 2023, and in various teaching roles at ROC Nijmegen, Astrum College, ROC de Leijgraaf, and ROC Rijn IJssel, focusing on pedagogy and interpersonal studies. Richeline holds a Bachelor of Education in Teaching Pedagogy and a Bachelor of Social Work, alongside education in chemistry, with a strong emphasis on guiding students within a competency-based learning framework.
