Angelo Alfano

Angelo Alfano is a skilled psychiatric nurse practitioner and operations manager at Synchronous Health, Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Angelo served as a clinical preceptor for family nurse practitioner and physician assistant residents at Open Door Community Health Centers from August 2018 to July 2024, as well as a family nurse practitioner and resident in a low-resource primary care setting. Angelo co-founded the Global Stewards Institute, contributing to program administration and curriculum development from January 2010 to August 2021.
