Jennifer Echols

Jennifer Echols, LCSW, is a seasoned clinical social worker with extensive experience in mental health and social services. Currently serving as a Clinical Social Worker at Synchronous Health, Inc., Jennifer conducts telehealth therapy sessions and manages documentation. Previous roles include Director of the Outreach Triage Team and Program Manager at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program, where Jennifer supervised staff, provided clinical oversight, and managed client treatment plans. Jennifer's foundational experience includes internships with the Children's Health & Maintenance Program and Los Angeles Unified School District, where skills in therapy and community engagement were developed.
