Samantha Beinlich

Samantha Beinlich is an experienced professional in personnel development, currently serving as Leitung Personalentwicklung at STIEBEL ELTRON Gruppe since October 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Weidmüller Deutschland as Referentin Personalentwicklung from December 2011 to October 2022 and began their career as a Teamtrainer at Interakteam GmbH from February 2009 to October 2011. Samantha holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Coaching & Change Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Bielefeld University, completed in 2011.
